Joining a new organization is never easy. Is this a stable organization? What are the students like? Does the school's philosophy and ethos match my own? Will I get along with my colleagues? What kind of career path will there be for me? If you are coming from outside of China, the questions become even more complicated. What is Beijing like? Is it a good city to live in? Will I have easy access to things that I am accustomed to? These are all legitimate and real questions that are important to ask and even more important for us to answer.
