DAYSTAR SCHOLAR AND ACADEMIC MERIT AWARD 

Introduction

The Daystar Scholar and Academic Merit Award are designed to recognize and encourage students with outstanding academic performance, respectful and polite behavior, and a positive attitude.

Award Criteria

1.     The student’s year-end grand point average in each academic subject;

2.     Students who rank in the top 10% of their grade level based on the final grade point average;

3.     The number of awards per grade level varies based on the number of students in that grade level. 

Eligibility

Grade 1 to 12 full-time students currently enrolled at Daystar Academy

Auto Selection

No application is required. Students who qualify for Academic Merit Awards are selected automatically. The Scholarship Committee determines the awards according to a process based on academic performance.
